FAQ's

  1. Where do you deliver to?
    We have a few options for delivery; we can deliver locally to venues up to and including 30 miles for a fee between £10 and £20. Anything further is sent out with Parcelforce at a cost of £10 each way. The courier option is available throughout the UK.
  2. Is the personalised card included?
    Yes! We include the info card on the front of the Classic style post boxes which is yours to keep afterwards. When sending over the confirmation for the post box hire we will send an example for inspiration of the kind of wording you can have on there. You just need to pop an e-mail across to us with the wording you would like and we will add it to your file.
  3. Can I amend my booking?
    Yes. If you decide to change the colour scheme and so need a different colour post box, as long as the alternative is available we will happily change it. The same applies if you change wedding date etc. we will happily move it for you. If you decide to cancel then the deposit is non refundable.
  4. Can I purchase a post box from you?
    Yes - we can sell our Classic range for £199 each plus a courier charge of £10. These are made to order and can be in any colour you wish with either silver or gold lettering. They take approx. 4 weeks to be made. If you would like to purchase one please fill in the contact us form at the bottom of the 'Hire a Post Box' page.
  5. Can I hire more than one post box?
    We can offer two or more of our Classic style post boxes for £30 each as opposed to £35 each when hiring separately. This is plus any relevant delivery charges.
  6. Which payment methods do you accept?
    We invoice and receipt for all payments and accept payment via BACS into a UK business account or PayPal - whichever is preferred. You can also pay via card over the phone and so to do this please call 07889032718.
