What happens next?

​​​​ Once you have completed the above or popped an email across to [email protected]  We will then e-mail across the availability.​ We will then send a one off text message to advise that our e-mail has been sent - just in case it is stuck in the spam folder

​​​When you confirm your order we will then send you an invoice. This will show the full amount with the minimum due of £10 (if it is less than 6 weeks in advance the full amount will be due), which you can pay by BACS or PayPal. This also gives you the option to pay in instalments if you wish. We will then hold your provisional booking for 7 days. Once the deposit payment is received, your booking is then confirmed and you will receive a receipt.

The remaining balance is then due a month before the event along with a £50 damage deposit which is refunded back to you when the post box is returned, loss of key is charged at £10.

Collection or delivery?

​​​​We have a few post box delivery/collection options, so everyone in the UK can enjoy our Event and Wedding post boxes​​...

Collection from us

​​​​You may collect from us 2 days before the event and return up to 3 days after, we can offer slightly longer if required.

​​This is normally between the hours of 10am - 2pm or 4pm - 8pm.

​​There is easy access and plenty of parking.

​We are based in Thorpe St Andrew, Norwich - the address is detailed below along with a map.

Local venue delivery

​​​We can deliver post boxes to venues within 30 miles for a one off cost for delivery & collection inclusive:

  • ​​​£10 within 15 miles
  • ​​£20 between 15 and 30 miles

​​Anything further is charged per mile and price given on application.

​''Big Red' and 'Great White' include 25 miles delivery & collection distance and so anything over is priced per mile.

Courier delivery

​​​​We send our 'Classic' range throughout the UK;

​The Post Box will arrive with you 2 days before the event, with tracking available.

For it's return you just need to package it back up in its bubble wrap and box and it will be collected a couple of days after the event. The courier will bring the return label with them. For eg. a Monday after a Saturday wedding. The delivery & collection addresses do not need to be the same.
